Joint conference on ADR, IPSAS and Procurement for MDAs in Kigali-Rwanda

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Joint Conference on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and Public Procurement for Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), held from 14–18 September 2026 in Kigali, Rwanda.

The five-day international capacity-building programme brought together professionals and public-sector stakeholders for an engaging week of learning, knowledge sharing, experience exchange, and professional networking.
Participants explored contemporary practices in Alternative Dispute Resolution, IPSAS, and Public Procurement, with an emphasis on effective dispute resolution, financial accountability and reporting, transparency, compliance, and efficient public procurement processes.

Beyond the technical sessions, participants also had the opportunity to experience the rich history, culture, hospitality, and remarkable development of Kigali, making the programme a rewarding blend of professional learning, networking, and cultural experience.
